2.1 Tour Operator Activities:
KCA offers a variety of guided tours, including safaris, cultural tours, and adventure tours. All tours are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
2.2 Camping Grounds and Recreational Services:
Our camping grounds provide various recreational activities. Reservations are required for camping accommodations.
2.3 Vehicle Rentals and Leasing:
KCA offers vehicle rentals and leasing services. All rentals are subject to availability and require a valid driver’s license and adherence to our rental policies.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking:
To book any of our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
3.2 Payment:
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
3.3 Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms outlined in the specific service agreement.
– 30+ days: Full refund minus fees
– 15–29 days: 50% refund
– 7–14 days: 25% refund
– Less than 7 days: No refund
No refunds after tour starts. Fees may apply. Force majeure may affect refunds.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking our services.
4.2 Compliance:
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
4.3 Conduct:
You agree to behave respectfully and responsibly while participating in our tours, using our camping grounds, and renting our vehicles. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful may result in termination of services without a refund.

KCA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
5.2 Force Majeure:
KCA shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
